Graco has developed a precision continuous flow (PCF) metering dispense system for applications of single component sealant and adhesive materials. The system can dispense a precise, continuous flow of single component sealants and adhesives, producing repeatable, consistent material patterns.
The system can handle ambient, warm melt and hot melt materials up to 400°F and is suitable for automated applications including powertrain gasketing, automotive body shop, automotive paint shop, electronics gasketing and potting and medical devices.
The Graco PCF offers three flow meter options: ultra high resolution meters for applications requiring <1- 25cc dispense; high resolution meters for those requiring 25 cc and above; and a coriolis meter for applications requiring superior abrasion resistance.
The Graco PCF metering system can store parameters for up to 255 different part styles and can be configured to handle multiple dispense applications from a single controller.
