Eef Bos has stepped down as chief financial officer (CFO) of TenCate as of 1 October 2016.
‘Since the company entered into a new phase of its development, this is for me a natural moment to leave TenCate,’ he said.
The Supervisory Board plans to nominate Frank Spaan for appointment as his successor at the General Meeting of Shareholders on the same date. After this appointment, the executive board of TenCate will consist of Jan Albers, CEO and Frank Spaan, CFO.
