The licence runs for seven years and includes a license for closed mould stamping and resin transfer moulding (RTM) processes and a second licence for plastic injection from RocTool.
The immediate objectives are to pursue developments around new generation of thermoplastic resin based composites, and the development of new applications from the DEDIENNE Group’s pilot installation.
The markets involved are aerospace, automotive, transport, sport and leisure.
The agreement sees DEDIENNE MULTIPLASTURGY Group become the first European Roc Tool licensee to be the holder of a production license for aerospace applications.
