AAA has 2,000 employees and an annual revenue of around €200 million and specializes in the assembly and installation of aerostructures, systems and engines, the company said.
It will now be managed by Daher innovation manager Cédric Eloy as CEO.
“With the AAA acquisition, Daher becomes the benchmark in industrial services for France and takes a leadership position globally, thereby strengthening its presence in the aerospace value chain,” a press release said.
