Bailey is the CEO of Composites UK and sits on the board of the Aerospace Growth Partnership representing the regions of the UK and their supply chains. He was previously CEO of the Northwest Aerospace Alliance, representing 240 aerospace member companies including BAE Systems, AIRBUS, Rolls-Royce, and Safran.
