Composite Scandinavia is initiating a process with the employee representatives to discuss this action.
Hexagon says that due to weaker market for liquid petroleum gas (LPG) storage cylinders and available capacity at its subsidiary Ragasco in Norway, it aims to concentrate the production of the composite LPG cylinders in one factory. Composite Scandinavia will remain as a company managing the licences, service and support.
