The new Chem-Trend EZ variant provides the same performance as the traditional One FS product for the composites industry, but offers a number of improvements.
Chemlease One FS EZ is a semi-permanent release agent designed for use in the tub / shower, marine, transportation and general composite applications where high gloss finishes are required. Its primary advantage is its ability to be applied quickly, with minimal additional mould surface preparation required to deliver a streak-free or smear-free finished surface. This, along with its durability, results in significantly less time spent in mould preparation while producing a high quality product devoid of imperfections. Once applied, operators merely allow the coating to dry and cure before beginning production.
