Composites UK reports that two vacancies for chairs of BSI committees focusing on plastic composites are now available.
These are for PRI/42: Fibre reinforced thermosetting plastics and prepregs and PRI/21: Testing of Plastics, which includes composite materials.
To act as chair on a BSI committee an individual is required to act impartially, and represent the industry view rather than a particular organization view, Composites UK notes. BSI can help with training required and provide a committee secretary.
