Following a strategic review, Azelis decided the composites market did not fit with its plans for future development. Within the markets it serves, industrial chemicals, coatings, rubber & plastic and life sciences have been identified as growth areas within Europe.
VELOX, headquartered in Hamburg, supplies and markets raw material specialities for the plastics, rubber, paints and coatings industries. It has 15 sales offices in Europe.
