The event, which is co-located with the Aluminium 2006 trade show, is being organised by the European Composites Industry Association (EuCIA) and Reed Exhibitions.
“COMPOSITES EUROPE represents a unique platform where the member companies of the European association can showcase their products and services,” says EuCIA vice president Jan Verhaeghe. “Small and medium-size companies stand to gain in particular from the fair, which is specifically designed to meet their needs. The format is just right.”
The German Federation of Reinforced Plastics, AVK, has also just announced that it will be holding its 2006 annual conference during Composites Europe. AVK is expecting around 500 participants at its event in the South Conference Centre of the Essen Exhibition Centre on 19-20 September.
Over 100 companies, institutions and organisations from over 20 countries have already booked an exhibition stand at Composites Europe, says Reed Exhibitions. Around 200 exhibitors and 3500 visitors are expected at the event.
Reinforced Plastics is the official media partner of Composites Europe and will be publishing the official show catalogue.
