The price increase for Mexico of US$0.08/lb will take place on 10 May 2010.
According to AOC, supply shortages and constraints mean that several key raw materials used to produce unsaturated polyester and vinyl ester resins, gel-coats and pigments are on force majeure and supplies are being allocated. Consequently the prices of these raw materials have increased rapidly.
