AOC Aliancys reports that BÜFA Composite Systems, a German-based supplier of unsaturated polyester resins and resin formulations, will acquire AOC (UK) Ltd. After completion of the acquisition, AOC (UK) will trade under BÜFA Composites, while AOC Aliancys will remain a supplier of the company’s resins portfolio.
AOC (UK) Ltd reportedly has over 25 years’ experience in providing resin distribution and formulation services.
‘This acquisition will give our UK customers better access to quality products,’ said Felix Thalmann, CEO of the BÜFA Group. ‘The new company will strengthen our capability to support our customers in the right way, and is a solid basis for their continued business growth.’
