With a duration equivalent to 80 hours, the course has been designed to be taught online through the AIMPLAS Training Web, so participants can take it with complete flexibility in terms of scheduling and from any location.
The course is modular and is composed of interactive multimedia contents. Professional technicians from AIMPLAS have collaborated in its development and implantation, which will help participants to understand the resin transfer process better thanks to personalised tutoring and through the tools available in the virtual classroom.
The main goals of this course are to understand the advantages of resin transfer processes compared to other composite processing techniques, as well as understanding the different kinds of resin transfer processes available and their characteristics, advantages and products obtained.
In addition, AIMPLAS says that participants will be able to select the most suitable process for the product and its properties. The course will also cover the different phases and elements of RTM, RTM Light and Infusion processes. The students will learn to select the most suitable material according to the product characteristics, as well as how to carry out the necessary quality control for the process and how to obtain the product in an optimum manner.
