Rockwood Composites says that it has delivered its 10,000th blade for the towed decoy on the Eurofighter Typhoon.
The company supplied the parts to aerospace, defence and security company Leonardo. Rockwood has also supplied the company with connector plates for the aircraft wing.
Rockwood designs and manufactures composite components using out-of-autoclave techniques, compression and bladder moulding of prepreg composite material in metal tooling.
