Vestas to deliver 96 MW of wind turbines to Poland

Vestas will provide 48 of its V90 2.0 MW wind turbines to the German company Prokon, for different locations in Poland.

The wind turbine contract includes delivery, installation and commissioning of the turbines and a VestasOnline Business SCADA solution.

Delivery of the Vestas wind turbines will take place during 2010 to 2012.

Prokon is a developer, investor and operator of wind energy projects with a total of 234 wind turbines installed distributed across 32 wind farms in Germany.
