ACG says its MTM®44-1, MTM®45-1 and MTM®46 prepregs for out of autoclave processing are now established in a number of market sectors. The new adhesive system, MTA®241, has been developed for applications where the lower temperature curing capabilities of MTM45-1 and MTM46 are to be exploited.

The new surface improvement film, MTF316, addresses potential surface quality issues that can occur when curing prepreg at lower pressures. The film can be supplied on a number of carriers or scrims to give a paint-ready surface directly from the tool. It can also be supplied on a conductive mesh to form lighting strike protection.
