This second contract follows the announcement of a €3 million contract with this Italian customer in October 2012.

The prototype deliveries of the new composite parts will commence in the first quarter of 2013, with series supply starting in the second half of the year. The whole new contract is worth some €1.5 million.

The Gurit automotive plant expansion will start in the first quarter 2013 and will be completed by the summer, doubling its overall production capacity for composite car parts.
