The SP-High Modulus brand, Gurit's marine business, will change to the global Gurit brand. 

Red Maple, Gurit's tooling business located in Taicang,China, will be called Gurit (Tooling).

The balsa wood business Balseurop will be called Gurit (Balsa).

Gurit says that during 2013 all legal entities will be officially re-named. Product names remain unchanged.
