This WFOE (wholly foreign owned enterprise) company will be located in Kunshan near Shanghai. The operation will include sales and distribution, as well as manufacturing and warehousing.

A team of four has already been put together, headed up by general manager Hong Fang. He will focus primarily on the sales of Umeco’s process materials, setting up a sales and distribution network to serve new and existing customers in Asia.
