Bombardier takes back Learjet 85

Bombardier Aerospace of Canada has terminated its development agreement with Grob Aerospace AG for the composite structure of the Bombardier Learjet 85 midsize business jet.

Bombardier is assuming complete responsibility for the detail design and manufacturing of all primary and secondary structures of the Learjet following Grob's recently-announced insolvency.

Grob, of Switzerland, was awarded the Learjet 85 contract in January 2008.
