Aerospace Testing show set for Hamburg in 2010

27 April 2009

The Aerospace Testing, Design and Manufacturing Show will move to Hamburg in 2010, to run alongside the Aircraft Interiors Expo. This will enable visitors to both shows to see the progression of technology from initial quality testing through to final aircraft interior.

The dates for the show will be 18-20 May 2010. Both events are organised by Reed Exhibitions.

This year's Aerospace Testing, Design and Manufacturing took place in Munich on 21-23 April.

“Despite the difficult economic situation we are all facing, we welcomed over 2000 quality suppliers and buyers of aerospace testing design and manufacturing solutions to network and do business under one roof over a three-day duration,” reports Exhibition Director Jonathan Heastie.

During the show he also presented Dimitrios Sikoutris, PhD candidate, with the Young Engineer of the Year Technology and Innovation Award on behalf of his 13-strong team at the University of Patras, Greece, for the Atlas Project – development of a radio-controlled full composite aircraft.
