23 August 2010

Chemicals distributor Univar has signed a distribution deal with Celanese Emulsion Polymers, a specialist in emulsion technology.

This move expands Univar’s position in the Baltic region following the recent opening of its office in Lithuania.

Under this new agreement, Univar will distribute Celanese Emulsion products to the coatings, adhesives, nonwovens, glass fibres, textiles, paper and construction industries. Celanese offers a range of waterborne emulsions and vinyl-based emulsions.

“The Baltic region is very exciting with a lot of great opportunities for Univar," says Ola Tengroth, Regional Director for Nordics and Baltic Region.
