ZYVAX  -  The Mold Release People

QUICKSKIN – NEW FROM ZYVAX, INC
QuickSkin has been developed for use in making molds or parts from machinable tooling block of any density. QuickSkin supports rapid prototyping of masters and/or production of a limited number of parts.

QuickSkin cures in minutes at room temperature and is applied by roller or brush to a clean, dust-free surface. 2-6 coats may be needed depending on porosity with only 15 minutes cure time between coats. Cured film is usable up to 275° F. (135° C.) and can be repaired if damaged. QuickSkin does not require any post-curing.

Hexcel sells BHA share
