AGY to operate Owens Corning's S-Glass business

Glass fibre reinforcements producers Owens Corning and AGY have signed an agreement under which Owens Corning will license its S-Glass technology exclusively to AGY and AGY will assume commercial and operating responsibility for all of Owens Corning's S-Glass-related business from 1 August 2014.
