Wind energy products GL certified

DOW EPOXY Systems’ AIRSTONE™ Systems for Wind Energy have gained a Germanischer Lloyd (GL) certification for the safety, reliability and performance of wind energy systems.

The Airstone products are based on epoxy chemistry and include systems for infusion, hand wet lay-up, tooling and adhesives. Multiple grades are said to offer customers individual solutions for their products.

Dow Epoxy Systems, a unit of the Dow Chemical Company, produces its Airstone products in Germany and the US, with world-wide distribution.
