MVP acquires Plastech

MAGNUM VENUS Products, Kent, Washington, USA, a supplier of composites manufacturing equipment, has bought resin transfer moulding (RTM) specialist Plastech Thermoset Tectonics of the UK.

Plastech began manufacturing equipment for the composites industry in 1983 and focuses on technologies and equipment for closed moulding processes. With the addition of Plastech, MVP expands its range of RTM systems and training expertise.
