SAERTEX acquires OMFA's machinery

SAERTEX GmbH & Co. KG of Saerbeck, Germany is acquiring three warp knitting and one coating machine from OMFRA Fabrics of Slovakia.

The acquisition enables SAERTEX to expand production capacity at its sites in Saerbeck, Germany, and North Carolina, USA. The equipment will come into operation in June.
