SAMPE organises 2007 UK seminar

THE UK and Ireland Chapter of the Society for the Advancement of Material and Process Engineering (SAMPE) is organising a ‘High Performance Materials in Harsh Environments’ seminar in association with the University of Nottingham.

The seminar will cover composite materials and processing requirements for a range of application areas such as extreme uses in aircraft, brake disks in the automotive industry, deep sea engineering, biomedical implants and ballistics.

The seminar will take place in Nottingham, UK, on 21 February 2007. The conference will be opened with a keynote address from Alan Pritchard of Boeing.
