Airtech expands in the USA

AIRTECH INTERNATIONAL Inc is expanding in the USA with the addition of a 13 000 m² (140 000 ft²) distribution facility in Chino, California.

The company hopes that the warehousing and shipping facility, expected to be operational in September 2007, will improve efficiency and delivery schedules for its customers around the world. It will also enable Airtech to increase manufacturing at its existing plant in Huntington Beach, California.

“New generation commercial aircraft like the Boeing 787 and the Airbus A380 have incorporated extensive use of composite materials in structural applications resulting in a greater need for our value added products and services,” explains Jeff Dahlgren, president of Airtech Advanced Materials Group.
